ASTER The Band - a Filipino indie-rock band which consist of Andrew, Calvin, and David will be releasing their first extended play (EP) entitled 'To The Stars.' I was tasked to create a cover art.
The visual has the shades of blue to keep the branding of ASTER in space (literally). The environment is adapted from the resources used for their music video "Destiny"- that is originally created by the director, William Capistrano. The marketing team asked not to show an obvious picture of the band on the cover so I did a subtle sketch of the band members sitting and watching over the sky instead.
